Welcome to Breaking the Old Self. These terms apply when you use our website or purchase from our store.

Products

We sell recovery T-shirts celebrating recovery, sober and clean living. Our products are printed to order.

Please check the product description, size guide, colour and delivery details before purchasing. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations in print placement can occur. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Prices may change, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Orders and Changes

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information when ordering.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Because products are printed to order, we may be unable to change the size, colour, design or delivery address once production begins. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

If an item becomes unavailable or we discover a pricing error, we will contact you to explain your options. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund any payment taken.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK and the US. UK orders are printed and shipped within the UK, and US orders are printed and shipped within the US.

Production and delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact us so we can help.

We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or someone you have nominated to receive it.

Returns and Refunds

Please read our Refund Policy for return instructions.

UK customers purchasing standard, non-personalised products online generally have 14 days after delivery to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return the items.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items are covered by your applicable consumer rights. Nothing in these terms or our policies removes or restricts those rights.

Our Designs and Content

The store’s branding, designs, photographs and written content belong to Breaking the Old Self or their respective owners or licensors.

You must not copy, reproduce or commercially use protected material without the relevant owner’s permission, except where permitted by law.

Using the Website

You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its operation or attempt to access another customer’s information.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and protected.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you order will apply to that purchase.
